Our first ever Forage to Table event that took place this May was a huge success!! We are in the process of working with our incredible partners to put together our next event so stay tuned. We are hoping to put another event together for this coming fall and we will be back again in May of 2025 as well!

For this incredible experience, Wanderlust Tours will be partnering with Luckey’s Woodsman, experts in backcountry cooking techniques, to teach guests about foraging techniques, identification of flora and fauna, and how simple ingredients that can be found all around us in mother nature can be used to make and accentuate stunningly delicious dishes! After some hopefully fortuitous foraging, we will gather around the dining table for a four course meal prepared by Luckey’s Woodsman!

Central Oregon is rooted in endeavors that involve a deep connection and reliance on the land. Our adventure will have us focused on Rainshadow Organics and how a small Central Oregon farm survives and thrives on land that sees less than 12 inches of rain per year among other challenges. Starting our morning at Smith Rock State Park, we will garner an understanding of Central Oregon’s rugged ecosystem before immersing ourselves in a celebration of flavor and a labor of love with a tour and awe-inspiring, freshly harvested meal at Rainshadow Organics!

Wanderlust Tours has teamed up with the Bend Camerata for several years now as part of our Art in Nature outdoor performance series and we are excited to present another installment of our Art in Nature series! The super talented local a Cappella group will be delivering a breathtaking performance at Juniper Preserve (formerly Pronghorn Resort) inside of a stunning, 80,000 year-old cave!

Bend Camerata’s spectacular a Cappella performance will bounce off the cave ceiling with crispness that delights the soul!
